Motor Operated Valves for Fuel Handling Systems
Dhoho Airport | Kediri, East Java (Aviation)
SCM contributed to the development of Dhoho Airport in Kediri, one of Indonesia’s newest aviation infrastructure projects, by supplying Motor Operated Valves (MOVs) with control accessories for the airport’s fueling system.
In collaboration with EPC Wijaya Karya (WIKA) and end user Surya Dhoho Investama, SCM partnered with JC Valves to deliver high-quality MOV packages. Each unit underwent hydro and functional testing (FAT), witnessed by EPC and project owners, ensuring compliance and readiness before delivery.
By providing reliable fuel system components backed by global standards, SCM supported the safe and efficient operation of Indonesia’s aviation fueling network, reinforcing the nation’s modern transportation infrastructure.
Complete Valve Solutions for Safe & Reliable Pipeline Operations
Boyolali-Pengapon Pipeline, Central Java ( Oil & Gas )
SCM contributed to the Boyolali–Pengapon Pipeline Project, a major gas distribution development led by PGN Solution (EPC) for end user Pertamina Patra Niaga, by supplying a complete valve package of Shut Down Valves (SDV), Line Break Control Valves (LBCV), and Motor Operated Valves (MOV).
Our scope included the procurement, assembly, and factory acceptance testing (FAT) of 75 trunnion ball valves (Series 2515 & 2560), ensuring every unit was ready for installation and long-term operation. Despite industry-wide supply challenges, SCM secured timely delivery of key valve packages, maintaining project progress and reliability.
Through technical support, proven expertise, and reliable valve supply, SCM strengthened the safety and operational efficiency of this vital pipeline system, contributing to Indonesia’s growing energy infrastructure.
High-Performance Valves for Submarine Pipeline Project
