Successful FAT Completion for LPG Tuban 2 Project

PT Solusi Cita Mandala (SCM) is pleased to announce the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the LPG Tuban 2 Project.

In collaboration with PT. Azbil Berca Indonesia, and for the end user PT. Pertamina Energy Terminal, SCM has delivered five (5) units of Cryogenic High Performance Butterfly Valves with Extended Stem, designed to meet the stringent requirements of LPG applications.

This milestone reflects our commitment to quality, precision, and reliability in supporting Indonesia’s energy infrastructure. Each valve has undergone rigorous testing to ensure optimal performance under cryogenic conditions.

PT Solusi Cita Mandala successfully supplied Bray S30 Butterfly Valve for Chandra Asri Pacific petrochemical plant application in Indonesia. This project highlights SCM’s capability in providing high-quality industrial valve solutions for critical petrochemical operations.

As an authorized distributor with ready stock availability, SCM supports both Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) requirements and strategic inventory planning. Our stock readiness ensures faster response time, reduced downtime risk, and improved operational efficiency for industrial facilities.

Prior to delivery, all butterfly valves underwent hydrostatic testing (hydrotest) and functional testing in collaboration with CPM workshop. This quality control process ensures each valve meets required performance standards, pressure integrity, and operational reliability before installation.
