Bray - 2-Piece Ball Valve - Tank Series

Integrated Flange Design Simplifies Actuator Mounting and Enhances Durability

Tank Series TKF15 2-piece and TK7000/TK8000 3-piece full port ball valves are designed specifically to address industry needs for tank bottom drain locations on autoclaves, reactors, pressure vessels and storage tanks. TK series valves facilitate rapid and unobstructed drainage of tank media. Tank Series valves feature a zero leakage seal, live load packing, and integrally cast top mounting flange to simplify actuator mounting, heavy-duty construction. All Tank series valves feature a low operating torque and long service life.

TKF15 Tank series 2-Piece ball valves feature a valve closure with integral tank bottom connection cast as one piece for flush bottom weld-in-place connection to the tank and an ASME B16.5 flanged connection for piping. TKF15 series valves deliver an economical solution for larger tanks with NPS from 2 ½” to 10” inches.

TK7000/TK8000 Tank Series three-piece ball valves are designed with the added benefit of a swing-out body for easy, in-line clean-in-place / service-in-place maintenance. 3-Piece TK Series valves offer the widest availability of end connections including Flanged, Threaded, Socket Weld, Extended Socket Weld, Butt Weld, Extended Butt Weld, Quick Clamp, and Tube / Extended Tube ends.
