Triad Series is Bray’s most versatile Three-Piece Ball Valve Design
Engineered for durability and precision, the Triad Series delivers reliable performance in high-pressure, high-temperature, and high-cycle applications. Certified to API 607 and ASME B16.34 Class 600 (2200 WOG), it ensures bubble-tight sealing with both resilient and metal seat options, excellent corrosion resistance, and maintenance-free live-load stem packing for consistent operation.
Featuring a rugged three-piece construction with redundant body seals, the valve is available in full port and standard port designs. Seat materials include RPTFE, PEEK, TFM, Virgin PTFE, UHMWPE, Tek Fil (Carbon Graphite/TFM), and Stainless Steel Filled PTFE, all providing bi-directional sealing and long service life.
Metal seated trims with Stellite® cobalt-chrome overlay offer superior hardness, wear resistance, and high-temperature capability.
Available sizes range from NPS ¼″ to 4″ (DN8–100), featuring self-adjusting live-load stem packings with Belleville washers for maintenance-free reliability.
