In traditional ball valves, scale builds up on the ball surface and is scraped by the seat during operation, causing high torque, seat leakage, stem damage, and potential seizure.

Bray’s Resolute Ball™ features a specially engineered geometry that minimizes contact between the ball and seat after the first 10° of rotation, allowing accumulated media to flush away instead of damaging sealing surfaces. This design reduces wear by up to 70%, lowers operating torque, extends service life, and increases valve reliability — resulting in a lower total cost of ownership.

The Resolute Ball™ is fully compatible as a drop-in replacement for Bray’s standard valve lines, including RF15/RF30 (one-piece flanged) and F15/F30 (two-piece flanged), ensuring easy integration and proven performance across various industrial applications.
