Bray - Flanged Ball Valve - Series F15/F30 Metal Seated

Durable Full Port Flanged Ball Valves with Superior Corrosion Resistance

Series F15/F30 Flanged Floating Ball Valves are investment cast, ASME B16.34 Class 150 & 300 full port valves designed for reliable performance across diverse industries. They offer exceptional value and dependable operation under various service conditions in a durable flanged design, with optional trims including resilient seated, metal seated, and V-ball control valve versions.

Engineered for bubble-tight shutoff and low operating torque, ½”–2” sizes feature Bray’s Smart Stem™ with integral live-load packing, while 2½”–12” sizes use an adjustable packing gland with Belleville washers for self-adjusting compression. Larger sizes include trunnion-type ball support to further reduce torque.

Metal-seated models with Stellite® cobalt-chrome seat overlay provide superior corrosion protection, higher temperature performance, and enhanced wear resistance—meeting or exceeding FCI 70-2 Class V shutoff, with an option for Class VI.

Available in stainless steel (CF8M), carbon steel (WCB), and specialty alloys like Alloy 20 and Hastelloy, F15/F30 valves come in both non-fire-safe (standard stem seals) and API 607 fire-safe (graphite stem seals) versions. They also feature an integral-cast ISO 5211 mounting pad for easy automation.
