Resilient Seat Design Ensures Bi-Directional, Bubble-Tight Sealing

The RF15/RF30 Series are 1-piece, investment cast, ASME B16.34 Class 150 & 300 standard port flanged floating ball valves. Designed for reliable performance across various industries, they offer exceptional value and durable operation in a rugged one-piece design.

The one-piece body minimizes leak paths, ensuring bubble-tight shutoff and low operating torque. Sizes ½”–2” use Bray’s Smart Stem™ with integral live-load packing, while sizes 2½”–12” feature an independent, easily adjustable packing gland with Belleville washers for self-adjusting compression that compensates for wear and environmental changes. Larger sizes include a trunnion-type ball support to further reduce operating torque.

Resilient seats provide positive preloading for bi-directional, bubble-tight sealing under low pressure or vacuum conditions. The RF15/RF30 valves also support easy automation with an integral-cast ISO 5211 mounting pad (availability varies by size). Optional trims include V-ball control valve designs for enhanced flow control flexibility.
