Reliable Rack and Pinion Pneumatic Actuator for Industrial Automation
The Series 92 (direct acting) and Series 93 (spring return) actuators combine strength, compactness, and simple design. Their modular rack and pinion construction ensures reliable performance with reduced size and easy maintenance.
Designed for pneumatic operation up to 140 psig (10 Bar) and temperatures from -4°F to 200°F (-20°C to 93°C), they are suitable for both on/off and throttling applications. Optional versions support hydraulic or water operation.
Key features include adjustable travel stops, integral porting, anodized aluminum bodies with coated end caps, and NAMUR accessory compatibility. Direct ISO 5211 mounting simplifies installation and minimizes misalignment.
The Series 92/93 is also a direct replacement for the Flow-Tek Series 92/93.
