Bray - Segmented Ball Valve - Series 19/19L

ASME B16.34-Certified Ball Valves for Precision and Durability

Bray’s Series 19/19L Segmented Ball Valves combine the shearing action of knife gate valves with the precise control and sealing performance of ball valves. Featuring a characterized segment, they provide wide rangeability, high flow capacity, and excellent rotary control for throttling and on-off applications, achieving Class VI sealing (resilient seat) and Class IV (metal seat).

Designed per ASME B16.34, the spring-assisted, pressure-balanced seat maintains constant pressure for reliable sealing at both low and full differential pressures while ensuring smooth, low-torque operation. The seat design directs flow away from sealing areas, enhancing durability. A one-piece cast body increases rigidity, reduces weight, and eliminates potential leak paths.

The Series 19L version is built for highly abrasive and severe service applications, featuring Bray’s proprietary advanced coating technology for superior hardness and erosion resistance. It also includes a field-replaceable erosion-resistant liner in the downstream bore to protect against abrasive flow.

With multiple coating and trim options available, Series 19/19L valves deliver long-lasting durability, extended service life, and reduced maintenance across diverse industrial applications.
