The Series M4 Severe Service Ball Valves are specifically engineered for vent and drain isolation in the power industry, ensuring zero leakage in high-pressure, high-temperature steam and superheated steam applications. Designed for maintenance-free operation, they deliver reliable performance in extreme conditions.

Ideal for use in coal and combined cycle power generation, nuclear balance of plant, co-generation, and a wide range of drain and vent services — including boiler, feedwater, header, turbine, superheater, and economizer applications — as well as bypass isolation, pressure relief, and sky vents.

Constructed with 1-piece unibody design, a heavy-duty drivetrain, and a 360° mate-lapped ball and seat, Series M4 valves feature HVOF or spray & fuse hard coatings and live-load Belleville spring packing. The ball and seat share the same materials and coatings, reducing stress from thermal cycling and ensuring tight shutoff and long service life even in high-cycle conditions.

Manufactured under ISO 9001:2015 standards with full traceability (MTRs), the M4 series meets PED 97/23/EC Annex III Module H, TSG, and CRN requirements, with optional TDP-1 compliance. Valves are available worldwide for both MRO and new construction projects.
