Bray’s Tri Lok triple offset butterfly valve is a high-performance isolation valve designed for vacuum to high-pressure service, providing absolute zero leakage. Compared to gate, globe, or ball valves of similar class, Tri Lok offers significant space, weight, and cost savings in installation and maintenance.

The valve’s non-rubbing, metal-to-metal seal ensures zero leakage with low torque and is fire-safe certified. Its solid metal seal ring delivers reliable shutoff in both flow directions, maintaining performance under high temperature and severe service conditions.

Tri Lok is the only valve in its class with a splined disc/stem connection, allowing axial disc movement independent of the stem to prevent misalignment from temperature or pressure changes. This ensures consistent sealing and minimal hysteresis for long-term reliability.

Triple Offset Geometry
The triple offset design features two stem offsets (X and Y axes) and a third inclined conical sealing surface that eliminates seat-to-seal contact during operation. This non-rubbing rotary engagement minimizes wear, extends cycle life, and achieves a bi-directional, torque-seated, zero-leak metal-to-metal seal—a hallmark of Bray’s Tri Lok valve.
