Bray Series HP/HX Standard Port Threaded Ball Valves deliver rugged reliability for high-pressure instrumentation in fluid and gas measurement applications. The HP and HX series feature floating ball designs for bubble-tight shutoff, smooth quarter-turn operation, and low torque. Series 3HP is rated up to 6,000 psi (WOG), while Series 3HX handles 10,000 psi (WOG).

Built to ASME B16.34 standards, both models are three-piece 316 stainless steel designs, NACE-compliant, and API 598 tested. Key safety features include a blow-out-proof stem, pinned end connections, and locking kits for secure on/off positioning.

Optional features include lever or pointer handles, travel limit stop pins, live-load packings, ISO 5211 actuator mountings, and alternative body materials such as Duplex Stainless Steel, Hastelloy, Monel, and Titanium. Series 3HP valves also include heat code markings for material traceability.
