NACE MR0175 Valves for Corrosion Resistance in Sour Gas Environments Like H2S Applications
Bray Series 20/FS20 one-piece reduced port threaded ball valves deliver exceptional reliability in harsh industrial applications such as oil and gas, with NACE MR0175 compliance for corrosive and sour gas (H₂S) environments. The FS20 variant also offers API 607 Fire-Safe certification.
Constructed from investment cast stainless steel, the one-piece body minimizes leak paths and allows easy maintenance by simplifying seat and seal replacement, extending valve service life.
Both models feature a bottom-entry blowout-proof stem and live-loaded, self-adjusting stem seals that maintain low torque and high cycle life despite temperature or wear changes.
The S20 uses RPTFE seats and seals, vinyl-coated stainless steel latch handles, and is fully NACE MR0175 compliant.
The FS20 features FPTFE seats, graphite stem and body seals, an anti-static device, and a metal-to-metal backup seal that maintains shutoff even after seat damage in fire conditions.
An optional oval handle is available for operator preference.
