PT Solusi Cita Mandala (SCM), the sole distributor of Ventil in Indonesia, has successfully completed the Installation, Commissioning, and Training (ICT) for the Ventil Pressure Relief Safety Valve (PSV) Test Bench at BP Berau Ltd. The project supports BP Berau Ltd.’s commitment to strengthening operational safety and ensuring compliance with oil and gas industry standards.

The installation and commissioning were conducted directly by Ventil’s technical team, with all machine functions inspected and tested to ensure optimal performance in line with technical specifications. The scope of work also included retrofit and upgrading of existing Ventil equipment, contributing to improved operational efficiency and reliability.

During the training session, BP Berau Ltd.’s technical team received practical guidance on operation, testing procedures, and safety aspects, enabling safe and effective day-to-day use of the system.

The delivered Pressure Relief / Safety Valve Test Bench is designed to perform testing using both gas and liquid media and is equipped with a computer-based registration system and enhanced safety features. Through this project, PT Solusi Cita Mandala continues to demonstrate its commitment to providing reliable, safe, and internationally compliant valve testing solutions to support oil and gas operations in Indonesia.
